- Lead technical delivery of AI solutions across Agile sprints
- Design scalable AI/ML architectures and translate them into actionable user stories and technical tasks
- Lead developers, AI engineers and platform engineers
- Drive engineering excellence, code quality, security and testing standards
- Conduct architecture/design reviews and code reviews
- Mentor technical teams and drive best engineering practices
- Manage technical risks, dependencies and impediments
- Collaborate closely with BA, PM and Solution Architects
- Ensure CI/CD, DevOps and MLOps practices are followed
- Drive performance optimization and production readiness
