You'll own the day-to-day coordination of projects — from the first lead enquiry to final delivery — ensuring clients are heard, teams are aligned, and deadlines are met.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring qualified and timely communication at every stageRepresent Intellyze at business meetings, networking events, and client visits, projecting the company's values and capabilitiesAssign tasks to team members, follow up on progress, and remove roadblocks to keep work movingEnsure all client deliverables are completed and delivered on time, to the expected quality standardManage the flow of communication between higher management and staff, keeping both sides informed and alignedHandle inward leads — respond to enquiries, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales pipelinePrepare proposals, quotations,



and scope documents for prospective and existing clientsAssist in closing projects, including final reviews, client sign-offs, and handover documentationSchedule, coordinate, and manage client meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actionsRequirements0–4 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, business development, or operations (agency experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills welcome)Women restarting their career after a break are warmly encouraged to applyLanguages: English and Malayalam required; Hindi preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyProficiency with task management and communication tools (e.G., Trello/Asana, Whats App Business, Google Workspace)Presentable, confident, and comfortable representing the brand in front of clients and partnersA proactive, ownership-driven attitude — you chase updates before anyone asks
