About the Role You will bepart of the TrusTrace Implementation organization, strengtheningTrusTrace's position as a global leader in product traceability andsupply chain transparency for fashion and textiles. As a ProgramManager, you will own a portfolio of strategic customer programsacross regions, ensuring predictable product roll out and adoption,strong stakeholder alignment, and measurable customer outcomesacross customer life time. This role goes beyond project execution.You will establish operating discipline across programs, bringstructure to account health, translate customer use cases intoclear solution approaches, and ensure contractual commitments andvalue realization are consistently tracked. What this role is not?This is not a delivery manager or scrum master role, to lead ascrum/development teams to work on product features anddevelopment. What You Will Do Own end-to-end delivery for aportfolio of large global customer programs Establish programgovernance: monthly reviews, account health tracking, and riskvisibility Manage customer expectations in a SaaS/product contextand align implementation with contractual commitments Be hands-onin the product and guide customers through implementation andadoption Translate customer use cases into documented solutionapproaches with outcomes, gaps, and dependencies Maintain JIRAhygiene for all contractual commitments, scope tracking, andproduct roll out visibility Partner with Support to analyze commonqueries, reduce repeat issues,



and help build customer-facingFAQs/playbooks Identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesin collaboration with Sales/CS leadership Contribute tostandardizing how TrusTrace implementations should run acrossprograms Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, andCustomer teams to improve customer engagement and adoption WhatSuccess Looks Like Monthly program reviews conducted for eachaccount in the portfolio 100% of key customer use cases documentedwith solution approach and value articulation All contractualcommitments tracked and up to date in JIRA Reduction in repeatsupport queries through FAQs and proactive guidance Contribution toEN revenue through upsell/cross-sell opportunities Improvedpredictability and standardization of implementation best practicesWho You Might Be 8+ years of experience in program/projectmanagement in SaaS or technology environments Experience managingglobal customers with both business and IT stakeholders Strongfamiliarity with agile delivery and cross-functional collaborationExperience implementing SaaS products across varied customer scalesAbility to translate business problems into product-alignedsolutions Fashion/supply chain domain knowledge is a strongadvantage Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus WhoYou Are A calm, structured leader who brings clarity to complexprograms Solid in stakeholder communication, expectationmanagement, and governance Equally comfortable in strategicdiscussions and tactical execution Detail-oriented with strongdiscipline in tracking, documentation, and follow-through Curious,improvement-oriented, and motivated to standardize and scaledelivery excellence Passionate about building long-term customerrelationships grounded in trust and outcomes What Do We Offer?
