Customize and configure Odoo CRM to alignwith business processes and requirements. Ensure successful datamigration, system integration, and user adoption. Design andimplement integrations between Odoo CRM and other business systems(e.G., ERP, marketing automation, customer support). Utilize APIsand third-party integration tools to ensure seamless data flow andsystem interoperability. Troubleshoot and resolve integrationissues promptly. Analyze existing business processes and recommendCRM best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. Developand maintain workflows, automation rules, and data segmentationstrategies within Odoo. Provide ongoing system improvements andsupport to adapt to evolving business needs. Develop and maintaindashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales,marketing, and customer service performance. Monitor CRM dataquality and integrity, implementing data governance practices asneeded. Requirements and Qualification Develop, configure, andmaintain Odoo CRM modules, workflows, and automation logic. Buildand customize Odoo views, reports,



and custom modules using Python,XML, JavaScript, and the OWL framework. Implement and manage customAPIs and integrations between Odoo and external systems such asERP, websites, and marketing automation tools. Support datamigration and synchronization between Odoo and other systems.Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and analytics forvarious business units. Collaborate with MarTech Consultants totranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Ensure data integrity and compliance across Odoo environments.Troubleshoot and resolve CRM performance, workflow, and integrationissues.
