Key Responsibilities: Lead statewideplanning, rollout, and performance management of ECCE initiativesBuild and manage strong relationships with state and districtgovernment stakeholders Recruit, train, and supervise regionalacademic experts and field staff Develop SOPs using field insightsand data analytics Monitor program metrics (coverage, activation,engagement) and ensure timely reporting Coordinate with internalteams (content, tech, research, media)
