You will design, develop, andimplement AI-powered business solutions that solve real businesschallenges and create measurable value. In this role, you will workclosely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Power PlatformEngineers, software developers, and technology partners to identifyopportunities, build scalable AI solutions, and integrate AIcapabilities into enterprise applications and business processes.You'll play a key role in shaping our enterprise AI platform andhelping transform innovative ideas into production-ready solutions.What You'll Do As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will: Design,develop, and implement AI and Generative AI solutions that improvebusiness processes,



automate workflows, and enhancedecision-making. Build scalable AI applications using cloud AIservices, Large Language Models (LLMs), enterprise data platforms,and Microsoft AI technologies. Develop AI-powered assistants,copilots, intelligent search solutions, and knowledge managementapplications. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation(RAG) architectures, prompt engineering strategies, semantic searchcapabilities, and vector database solutions. Build AI agents andagentic workflows that automate business tasks and improveoperational efficiency. Develop secure APIs and integrationpatterns connecting AI solutions with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365,Power Platform, and other enterprise systems. Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliverhigh-value AI use cases. About You We're looking for someone who combinestechnical expertise with curiosity, creativity, and a passion forbuilding practical AI solutions that deliver business value. Youhave: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering,Information Technology, or a related field. 2–4 years of experiencein software engineering, AI engineering, solution development, dataengineering, or similar technology roles. Experience with one ormore programming languages such as Python, JavaScript,



TypeScript,or Power Fx. Hands-on experience designing, developing, anddeploying AI or Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterpriseAI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, OpenAIPlatform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar technologies.Practical experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval-AugmentedGeneration (RAG), semantic search, vector databases, embeddings,and AI orchestration frameworks. Experience building AI-poweredapplications, copilots, intelligent automation solutions, chatbots,or knowledge assistants. Familiarity with Azure services, RESTAPIs, cloud-native application development, and contemporary softwareengineering practices. Understanding of AI governance, responsibleAI principles, security, and data privacy considerations. Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
