Responsibilities Asa Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at TeamViewer, you will helpensure the reliability, availability, and performance of ourAzure‑based global SaaS platform. You will operate and continuouslyimprove the systems that power our core products and services,helping to deliver a seamless experience to users worldwide. Thisrole sits at the intersection of operations and softwareengineering. You’ll focus on operating and supporting reliable,scalable systems through strong observability, effective incidentresponse, and continuous operational improvements, supported byautomation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code. Operate and maintain highlyavailable, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting a global SaaSplatform Deploy and operate feature and maintenance releases,ensuring safe and reliable delivery to production Develop andimprove monitoring, alerting, and observability to support 24/7service reliability and reduce incidents Reduce operational toiland improve consistency through automation Participate in on‑callrotations, investigate incidents,



and drive timely and effectiveresolution Contribute to post‑incident reviews and proactivelyidentify reliability risks, performance bottlenecks, andimprovement opportunities Collaborate across the organization tocontinuously improve platform reliability, security, andoperational maturity Requirements Degree in Computer Science,Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience. 3+years in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles. Stronghands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure. Practical experience withcontainers and orchestration (e.G. Docker, Kubernetes). Solidunderstanding of CI/CD concepts and pipelines (e.G. GitLab CI/CD,Azure DevOps). Practical experience operating and troubleshootingAzure application platforms, including Azure Application Gatewaysand Azure App Services. Proven experience withInfrastructure‑as‑Code and automation (e.G. Terraform, Argo CD).Ability to write and maintain scripts (e.G. PowerShell, Bash,Python). Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions(e.G. Keycloak, Entra). Solid understanding of databases (e.G.PostgreSQL, MS SQL). Experience with monitoring and observabilitytools (e.G. Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog). Software developmentexperience is highly beneficial, particularly with Java, Kotlin,and Spring Boot. Good understanding of networking and securityprinciples in cloud environments. Fluent in English.
