Job Description: We are a managed servicesorganisation delivering SAP data and analytics solutions forenterprise clients. We are looking for an SAP Business Data Cloud(BDC) Consultant with real, hands-on experience on the SAP BDCplatform — someone who has worked on actual BDC implementations andcan hit the ground running on client engagements. You willimplement, configure, and support SAP BDC environments acrossclient accounts, and work on integrating SAP BDC with Databricks —specifically around Unity Catalog. Strong SAP BDC knowledge is themost important thing we are looking for in this role. What You WillDo Implement and configure SAP BDC for clients — setting up dataproducts, data governance, and the broader BDC environment.Understand client business requirements and deliver solutionswithin SAP BDC that address their data and analytics needs. Connectclient SAP source systems to SAP BDC and ensure data flowsaccurately and reliably. Integrate SAP BDC with Databricks — with aparticular focus on Unity Catalog setup, data sharing, andgovernance alignment between the two platforms. Build and curategoverned data products within SAP BDC that clients' teams canaccess and use with confidence. Provide managed support acrossclient accounts — monitoring environments, resolving issues, andkeeping platforms healthy.



Act as a trusted advisor to clients onSAP BDC best practices and how to get the most value from theplatform. Collaborate with internal architects, project managers,and other consultants on client deliveries. What We Are Looking ForHands-on experience implementing or managing SAP Business DataCloud (BDC) — this is the single most important requirement. Goodunderstanding of how SAP BDC works: data products, semantic layer,data governance, and integration with SAP source systems.Experience integrating SAP BDC with Databricks, particularlysetting up and managing Unity Catalog for data governance andaccess control. Ability to connect SAP source systems (S/4HANA,ECC, or others) into SAP BDC and troubleshoot data flow issues.Robust client-facing skills — comfortable working directly withclient stakeholders, understanding their needs, and communicatingsolutions clearly. Ability to manage multiple client accounts orworkstreams simultaneously. Nice to Have SAP BDC or related SAPdata certification. Prior experience in a consulting or managedservices environment. Broader Databricks experience beyond UnityCatalog (Delta Lake, Workflows, etc.). Background in SAP S/4HANAimplementations or migrations.
