About The Team & Business Line

Transformation Office strives to create a consistent ability to transform our organization at all times. By bringing together subject matter expertise across process, platform and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs.

The Platform Transformation Group provides Business Support to all platform used throughout CFS to further develop the platforms in close collaboration with the Transformation Office members, the Business Stakeholders and IT development teams.

As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.

Your Role

The Platform Transformation Group consists of a team of people primarily coming from business operations to further enhance the service offering to our clients. The team members are specialized in the various applications that are used throughout the Citco Fund Services Division, like for example AExeo Investor,



the investor record keeping system, the client portal CitcoOne and ECM, the centralized document management system.

The Platform Transformation Group provides business services to the CFS operations globally, in relation to the usage and further development of the various application in line with the product development strategy. Each of the platforms is continuously subject to further development as a result of an ongoing changing and evolving business environment.

The Platform Transformation Group analyzes and documents the requirements as directed by the industry, clients, CFS operations or other stakeholders and translates them in system requirements together with the IT development teams.

The group coordinates across various business units around the globe on all requirements & UAT testing.

The delivery of newly developed functionality is subject to comprehensive test cycles both from a system's Quality Assurance (QA) as well as a business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) perspective.

Also existing functionality is subject to testing for every new version which is delivered to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new functionality (Regression Testing).





The UAT testing is performed by Product Specialists and Senior Product Specialists within the Platform Transformation Group. This function comprises of writing test cases such that delivered functionality is tested against the defined requirements as well as the actual execution of the new and existing test cases once a recent version of the application is delivered for testing. Based on the test results the group provides formal sign off for implementation of a new version in production.

Responsibilities

Primary Job Functions/Tasks:

- Update, maintain and review test cases, liaising with Business Analysts as necessary.
- Work closely with the business to drive new enhancements and functionality for the users
- Execute test cases as part of the UAT cycle.
- Log and track defects the defect management system.
- Liaise with the development team regarding defects.
- Liaise with Business Analysts to write requirements for the development group
- Work with the project team to ensure the highest levels of quality are maintained in UAT.

Qualifications

- 3+ years QA/UAT test experience required
- Testing Certification is a plus
- 3 years experience in Financial Services
- Affinity with Financial Services Systems
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Strong problem solving ability

- Proven abilities with complex problems
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize amid competing timelines and priorities
