The Golden Theory (TGT) is a premium D2C homeware brand — ceramic dinner sets, glassware, decor, bath, barware, and more. We sell direct via Shopify and through marketplaces. Paid social is our core growth engine, and we run it with real rigor and discipline.

The Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to own day-to-day execution on our Meta Ads account and grow into a larger role in our paid growth strategy. You'll work closely with the founder and creative team, with real ownership over how budget is spent and how campaigns perform.

What You'll Do

- Manage and optimize live Meta Ads campaigns across our product categories
- Monitor daily performance — ROAS, CPA, spend efficiency — and act quickly when something's off
- Plan and execute budget scaling decisions based on performance data
- Brief the creative team on what's working and what needs refreshing, backed by data
- Track creative performance and know when to double down vs. retire an ad
- Keep the account healthy — audience quality, delivery issues, learning phases
- Report on performance against targets on a regular cadence

What We're Looking For





- 1–4 years running Meta Ads for a D2C or e-commerce brand, ideally with meaningful monthly spend
- Strong hands-on skills in Meta Ads Manager — not just dashboard-level reporting
- Genuinely data-driven: you'd rather dig into the numbers than reach for a generic playbook fix
- Working knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce funnel metrics (AOV, LTV, blended ROAS)
- Robust Excel/spreadsheet skills for performance tracking and reporting
- High ownership — comfortable pushing back with data when something isn't working
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad

Nice to Have

- Experience marketing to a premium/aspirational female audience
- Exposure to influencer or WhatsApp marketing as a complementary channel
- Prior experience in home decor, lifestyle, or gifting categories
