Job Description – Assistant Professor, Cyber Security

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures and practical/lab sessions in Cyber Security.
- Teach subjects such as Network Security, Ethical Hacking, Cyber Forensics, Cryptography, Cyber Laws, Information Security, and Malware Analysis.
- Guide students in academic projects, internships, and practical assignments.
- Conduct hands-on sessions using relevant Cyber Security tools and lab environments.
- Develop industry-oriented course content, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Mentor students and support their academic and career development.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, examinations, and other academic activities.




- Stay updated with emerging cyber threats, technologies, and industry practices.

Required Skills
- Solid fundamentals in Cyber Security, Computer Networks, and Information Security.
- Knowledge of Linux, Ethical Hacking, Cryptography, Cyber Forensics, and Cyber Laws.
- Familiarity with tools such as Kali Linux, Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, or Metasploit is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.
- Practical/industry exposure in Cyber Security will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
- M.Tech/M.E./M.Sc./MCA/B.Tech in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills are welcome to apply.
