We're Hiring: Senior AI Engineer (Full-Stack)

Working Hours: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack AI Engineer to build and run real-world AI applications. In this role, you won't be doing theoretical data science—you'll be actively coding Python backends, React frontends, and connecting them to Microsoft Azure AI services to build smart search, chat, and document tools (RAG applications and AI agents).

What You Will Do

- Build AI Apps: Create user interfaces in React and write clean backend APIs in Python.
- Use Azure AI Tools: Set up and optimize Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Speech, and Document Intelligence.
- Design Smart Search (RAG): Build systems that pull data from documents and databases accurately into AI models.




- Evaluate AI Outputs: Test and measure the quality and accuracy of AI answers to make sure they are reliable.

What We Are Looking For

- Core Tech Stack: Strong hands-on experience in Python, React, SQL, and Azure AI Services.
- Mandatory Pharmaceutical Industry exposure/experience
- GenAI Knowledge: Practical experience building RAG applications and working with pre-trained LLMs.
- Strong Problem Solving: Excellent logic, analytical thinking, and clean coding habits.
- Excellent Communication: Clear spoken English with a positive, can-do team attitude.
