Job Title – Assistant Vice President – Marketing

Location – Nagpur

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Vice President -Marketing to lead the marketing function for our upcoming projects. The role will be responsible for project positioning, brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, ATL/BTL, launch campaigns, lead generation and marketing ROI. The ideal candidate should combine strong real estate marketing expertise with a sharp understanding of sales and customer acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the plotted development project.
- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies across digital, ATL, BTL, OOH, events, activations, PR, social media, and other relevant channels to drive brand visibility, qualified lead generation, and project sales.
- Drive project positioning, pre-launch, launch and post-launch marketing campaigns
- Generate qualified leads and work closely with Sales to improve site visits and conversions
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, media planning and campaign ROI
- Develop customer-centric communication highlighting location, investment potential, connectivity and project USPs
- Track market trends, competitor activity, customer insights and campaign performance




- Drive channel-partner marketing initiatives, broker meets and project activation programs
- Lead and manage internal marketing teams and external creative, media and digital agencies
- Establish and monitor key marketing metrics including CPL, CPQL, site visits, conversions and cost per booking

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong experience in Real Estate Project Marketing and Launches
- Proven expertise in 360° marketing, digital/performance marketing, lead generation, and integrated campaign management
- Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, OOH, events and ground activations
- Experience managing marketing budgets and agencies
- Strong understanding of marketing-to-sales funnel and ROI-driven marketing
- Excellent market intelligence, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in plotted development, township or large-scale residential projects
- Prior experience in the Nagpur real estate market
- Experience handling project launches and high-volume lead-generation campaigns
- Solid understanding of customer acquisition and sales conversion
- Experience working closely with senior sales leadership

Educational Background:

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related discipline from an AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institution
