PEXA Car Care is looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Lead to head our Doorstep Car Wash lead closing team.
This role focuses on converting inbound leads into confirmed service orders and leading a team of sales executives to improve conversion and reduce cancellations.
This is an inside sales leadership role (no field sales).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and close inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
Lead and monitor a team of sales/CSA executives
Ensure accurate order confirmation (service type, location, schedule)
Drive daily and monthly conversion targets
Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth execution
Reduce sales-related cancellations through correct customer communication
Maintain CRM/app data accuracy and follow sales processes
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching
Key Skills Required
Strong lead-closing and customer communication skills
Team handling and performance management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-based workplace
Basic CRM / call management system knowledge
Problem-solving and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in inside sales, telesales, or service sales
Background in doorstep services, hyperlocal, or on-demand businesses preferred
Comfortable working with targets and operational coordination
