Cvent Analytics team is looking to hire Analyst/ Senior Analyst who can work on data-driven insights to optimize the performance and user experience of our products. This role will play a critical role in making informed decisions about product features, user engagement, and overall strategy, with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and driving growth for the business. They must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for product development and enhancement.
- Define and lead the team's AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases for analytics, automation, and decision support.
- Serve as the team's subject-matter expert on AI-enabled analytics, upskilling colleagues and championing responsible use.
- Frame ambiguous business problems, scope the analysis, and deliver clear,
decision-ready recommendations.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses across headcount/workforce trends, product performance, and market and competitive insights
- Present findings and insights to executive stakeholders, tailoring the narrative to the audience and the decision at hand.
- Automate manual reporting and data-prep processes using appropriate tools (e.g., SQL, Python, BI platforms).
- Develop and maintain internal dashboards and recurring reporting for ongoing business monitoring.
- Establish reusable templates, definitions, and documentation to drive a single source of truth.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities proactively, rather than only responding to requests
- 2-6 years of experience in analytics domain with focus on Product & Digital Analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree (in technology, statistics, sciences, or mathematics) and/or Engineering with good academic record.
- Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI tools in real workflows — not just experimentation, but shipping something people actually used (e.g., automating analysis, building assistants, prompt pipelines).
- Experience working on SQL or Snowflake, Advance Excel
- Good presentations and storytelling skills to deliver insights to the larger audience.
- Understanding of BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, PowerBI to create visualizations and dashboards to uncover data insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and segmentation strategies will be a plus.
- Excellent project and time management skills; proven competence for meeting deadlines, multi-tasking under pressure and managing work under ambiguity.
- Self-driven and can work with geographically spread teams.
