Core Responsibilities

1. Build and Scale the Social Media Engine

• Platform Expansion: Lead the end-to-end growth strategy to transition our current channels into massive organic engines across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Follower & Subscriber Scale: Treat organic follower acquisition as a primary KPI. You will stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts to systematically scale our channels from thousands to hundreds of thousands of active subscribers.

2. Establish Structural Content Buckets & Original IPs

• Content Architecture: Establish a strict, intentional content matrix across platforms. Move away

From random posting by organizing all output into highly targeted buckets: Authority & Science,

Social Proof/Transformations, and Viral Top-of-Funnel formats.

• Launch Original Video IPs: Concept, script, and produce 3–4 distinct recurring video properties (e.g., India's definitive metabolic health podcast, expert roundtable debates, and rapid myth-busting series) to build unmatched credibility.

• Simplify Clinical Science: Collaborate directly with our medical team and founders to translate dense medical topics (insulin resistance, metabolic health, GLP-1 mechanisms) into hyper engaging, accessible, and judgment-free consumer content.

Active Engagement & Funnel Optimization

• Chasing Engagement: Actively monitor, cultivate, and own our community metrics. You will build an active presence in comment sections, host interactive platform features, and turn our social handles into a vibrant, two-way conversation.

• Funnel Mapping: Tie social media views and community growth directly back to our website traffic. Ensure your organic strategies actively lower customer acquisition costs (CAC) and drive high-intent signups.

• Retention Diagnostics: Run rigorous A/B testing on hooks, scripting structures, titles, and

Thumbnails. Use in-depth YouTube and social analytics to diagnose drop-off points and optimize

Audience hold-rates.

4. Creator & Influencer Alliances

• Partnership Management: Programmatically identify and onboard a selective mix of long-term

Transformation ambassadors to document their real weight-loss journeys, alongside key lifestyle influencers for strategic brand endorsements.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Scale: 8–10 years of rich experience driving zero-dollar organic growth for a notable

Consumer-facing brand or high-growth D2C/health-tech startup on YouTube, Instagram, and

Facebook.

• IP Production Playbook: A portfolio showing you have physically conceptualized, built, and scaled Successful original video formats or podcasts from scratch.

• Analytical Rigor: Deep comfort working inside platform analytics dashboards. You treat watch-time, click-through rates, and follower-to-traffic conversion percentages as your daily scorecard.

• Health-care/tech experience will be a bonus
