About the Role

As a Category Manager (City), you'll own critical on-ground operations and drive the growth of Urban Company's service partner network. This is a high-impact role requiring strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and execution excellence.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve partner quality, optimize supply, and enhance customer experience while contributing to city-level business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end onboarding of service partners through sourcing, screening, selection, and training.
- Own supply-side operations and improve the quality and productivity of the partner network.
- Support category leadership in supply planning, demand planning, and revenue planning activities.




- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Analyze business data to drive informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to execute city and central initiatives.
- Improve customer and partner experience through data-driven problem solving.
- Track operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- 6 months to 3 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA/Postgraduate qualification not required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is an added advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to solve problems on the ground.
