Job Description

Renesas Bangalore, software team is seeking a Senior Manager-Software Development Engineer in Test, who is excited about working within a SoC development team to lead and scale our SW QA organization supporting several power product lines. This position requires providing strategic, operational, and technical leadership across our QA team ensuring robust test automation and scalability of our testing infrastructure to handle multiple product lines simultaneously while ensuring speed of delivery to end customers. You will develop and execute a quality strategy that drives measurable improvement in software reliability while partnering closely with product definition requirements, applications, and field teams to deliver best-of-kind software in our field.





This is an chance to join an industry leading Digital Power IC development team with Renesas Electronics Power Business Unit covering multiple product lines that exceed $1B in annual revenue. As part of one of Renesas’s most prominent Power Management Groups, you will be responsible for QA of Software that supports leading datacenter operators and infrastructure hardware developers as they deploy our digital power control devices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, scale, and inspire SW QA teams fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
- Define quality KPIs and an automation roadmap leveraging testing frameworks and AI where applicable
- Oversee resource planning, hiring, and management of HW assets used as part of SW and system testing.
