About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Broadband Operations Domain SME to provide domain leadership for AI-driven transformation programs focused on broadband service operations and customer experience.

AI & Transformation Responsibilities

• Define and validate broadband operational workflows and AI use cases
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and analytics-driven optimization
• Support AI use cases based on CPE and Broadband Network Telemetry
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Operations Teams
• Validate operational data, telemetry, KPIs, and customer experience metrics
• Convert troubleshooting procedures and SOPs into structured knowledge assets
• Support UAT, stakeholder workshops, requirement reviews, and operational sign-offs
• Define baseline KPIs and success metrics for transformation programs
