Requirements

- The Senior Salesforce ESM Developer is responsible for end-to-end development of scalable Enterprise Service Management solutions on Salesforce, with a focus on complex automation, integrations, and production-grade development.

- Design and develop ESM solutions using Communications Cloud.

- Bring 3+ years of experience in Communications Cloud / ESM implementations.

- Implement advanced record-triggered and screen Flows.

- Develop complex Apex, Triggers, and LWCs.

- Implement SLAs, Entitlements, and escalation frameworks.

- Build REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.

- Configure Experience Cloud portals for enterprise services.





- Implement security using profiles, permission sets, and sharing.

- Support UAT, deployments, and production incidents.

- Mentor junior developers.

- Strong hands-on experience with Communications Cloud.

- Strong skills in Apex, LWC, integrations, test classes, SOQL, asynchronous processing, and data modeling.

- Strong hands-on experience with Product Catalogue and Order-to-Asset flows.

- Salesforce integrations using REST and Platform Events.

- Enterprise security and data access models.

- CI/CD using SFDX and Git.

Preferred Certifications:

- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification
