We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable Web and Mobile applications. This role is suited for a hands-on engineer who can take ownership of technical deliverables, collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts, and contribute to the complete software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the MEAN or MERN stack, relational databases, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices. You will be involved in building reliable and maintainable applications while also providing technical guidance, participating in architectural discussions, and supporting continuous improvements across the development process.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications using MEAN or MERN stack technologies.
- Take ownership of technical deliverables and contribute to projects throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and support project execution from design through deployment.
- Collaborate with SMEs, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and solve complex technical challenges.
- Develop clean, maintainable, scalable, and high-performance application components.
- Work with technologies such as MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, React.js, Node.js, and Python.
- Design, develop, and optimize relational databases using MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Implement database solutions while ensuring data integrity, reliability, and performance.
- Work with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps,



and other DevOps tools to support CI/CD processes.
- Deploy and maintain applications using cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and deployment issues.
- Conduct code reviews and promote coding standards, testing practices, and engineering best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical solutions.

What's Makes You a Great Fit
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly web and mobile application development.
- Strong proficiency in MEAN or MERN stack technologies, including MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React.js, and Node.js.
- Good programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
- Strong understanding of relational databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Practical knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience deploying and supporting applications on AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalable application design, coding standards, testing, and deployment practices.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to resolving technical challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, SMEs, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ownership, technical leadership, and willingness to mentor or guide team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
