- Breakdown Maintenance: Attend to electrical and mechanical faults on machine shop equipment to reduce downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled PM routines for plant machinery, motors, drives, and panels.
- Experienced with FANUC, Siemens, Brother, and Haas control systems.
- Performed maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines (HM
- HBM, VTL/VBM, HTL, Surface Grinding, Wire Cut EDM, Laser Cutting) and
- conventional machines (Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Cylindrical Grinding).
- Maintained SPM welding machines, furnaces, grit blasting, and pai
- Managed equipment spare parts, maintain History card, breakdown reports,
- and condition-based maintenance (CBM)

- Knowledge about the development and implementation of various techniques like TPM, TBM, CBM, PM, MTBF, MTTR,8 PILLERS OF TPM ,5S, kaizens, suggestions, abnormality finding and closing breakdown analysis, and improve machine availability
