Description
As an Associate Consultant, you will be a key member of our SAP IBP practice, working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and implement tailored SAP IBP Inventory Optimization solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing client requirements, and designing and implementing efficient inventory management strategies.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough business process analysis and requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their inventory optimization needs.
- Design and configure SAP IBP Inventory Optimization solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP IBP Inventory Optimization.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Document and maintain project-related artifacts, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and inventory optimization technologies, and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Mentor and guide junior team members,



providing support and expertise to enhance their skills and growth.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and contributing to proposal development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in SAP IBP Inventory Optimization implementation and consulting.
- Robust knowledge of SAP IBP functionality, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization modules.
- Experience in designing and configuring SAP IBP solutions, with a focus on inventory optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP or other relevant programming languages is an advantage.
- Good understanding of database concepts and SQL queries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and project implementations.
