Job Description:

Position Summary

HR Manager will lead recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, HR operations, policy implementation, and workforce planning while supporting business growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HRIS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
- Drive performance appraisal and employee development.
- Handle grievance resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Plan employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
- Support manpower planning and succession planning.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, and management dashboards.

Qualifications

- Master's degree/MBA in HR or related field.




- 5–8 years of HR generalist/managerial experience.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Robust communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
