Description
As an Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of SAP APO implementations. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance specialists, to ensure seamless integration and optimization of SAP APO solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage SAP APO implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct business process analysis and design SAP APO solutions to meet client requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP APO modules, such as SNP, GATP, and PP/DS, to optimize planning processes.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP APO implementations.
- Provide functional and technical support to clients post-go-live, addressing any issues or queries.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP APO technologies and best practices, and incorporate them into projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a explicit understanding of project scope.




- Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP APO implementation and consulting, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP APO modules, including SNP, GATP, and PP/DS, and their integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient SAP APO solutions.
- Experience in conducting business process analysis and designing SAP APO configurations.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP APO is an added advantage.
- A proactive and self-driven approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Willingness to travel as required for project engagements.
