Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AWS Infrastructure Lead / Senior Platform Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud automation, AWS networking, security governance, and DevOps practices.

This role will be responsible for leading cloud infrastructure initiatives, establishing governance standards, driving infrastructure automation, and mentoring engineering teams. The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience leading technical teams and working within enterprise-scale AWS environments. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure team.
- Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and resilient AWS infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
- Establish and enforce cloud governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning.
- Manage multi-account AWS environments using best practices.
- Monitor platform performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with application, security, and architecture teams to deliver cloud solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in automation, observability, and cloud operations.
