The Forging PPC (Production Planning and Control) will be responsible for overseeing the production processes within the forging department. This role requires effective coordination and optimization of production schedules to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure adherence to schedules.
Monitor production processes and adjust plans as necessary to meet targets.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with quality control to maintain product standards.
Prepare reports on production performance and recommend improvements.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding production updates.
Required qualifications
More than 5 years of experience in production planning or related field.
Robust understanding of production processes and manufacturing principles.
Proficient in using production planning software and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
