About the role

We're looking for a highly skilled full-stack vibe coder with a strong raw engineering background. You live in Claude and Cursor, move extremely fast, and can take ideas from zero to production-ready features across the entire stack without constant hand-holding. You have solid frontend taste + backend fundamentals, and you treat AI tools as your primary development environment rather than just autocomplete.

What you'll do

● Own end-to-end feature delivery (frontend + backend + APIs + data layer) using Claude Code, Cursor, and related AI tools as your main workflow

● Build and iterate on modern web applications (UI, business logic, APIs, auth, database interactions, deployments)

● Review, refine, and harden AI-generated code so it is production-ready (security, performance, maintainability, edge cases)

● Maintain clean architecture, shared components, and reasonable technical standards across the codebase

● Set up and improve internal Claude Projects, Skills, rules, and agent workflows to increase team velocity

● Collaborate tightly with the founder in a fast-moving setting and ship frequently

Must-have requirements

● 2–5 years of professional experience shipping real web products

● Strong full-stack fundamentals:

○ Frontend: React / Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind (or equivalent), component architecture,



responsive design

○ Backend: Node.js or Python, REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, databases (Postgres/Supabase/Mongo or similar)

● Deep, current proficiency with Claude (Projects, Skills, Claude Code) and Cursor — this is non-negotiable

● Proven ability to ship production work primarily through AI-assisted / vibe coding workflows

● Ability to critically evaluate and improve AI-generated design & code rather than accepting first outputs

● Excellent English communication and high ownership / adaptability

● Comfortable working remotely with some predominant hours mapped to US time zones when needed EST & CST.

Strongly preferred

● Experience with modern deployment (Vercel, Railway, Fly, Docker, etc.)

● Familiarity with design systems and clean UI implementation

● Experience with agent workflows, MCP servers, custom Skills, or multi-agent setups

● Portfolio that clearly shows full-stack projects built with Claude/Cursor (live links + short process notes preferred)

What we value more than pure years of experience

Evidence that you can take a vague idea → clear plan → high-quality shipped full-stack result using AI tools aggressively while still applying solid engineering judgment. Pure prompt and pray people or traditional engineers who barely use these tools will not be a fit.
