Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT services organization.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies for business analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
