- Analyze, evaluate, and verify software requirements, applications, and systems using established software engineering practices.
- Develop test scenarios based on software requirements and design software test cases using various verification methodologies and technologies.
- Execute automated, semi-automated, and manual test scripts and provide detailed test execution results.
- Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and report defects and enhancement suggestions to ensure quality deliverables.
- Design, develop, debug, and modify test software programs using current programming languages and tools.
- Create automated test scripts using standard test automation tools such as C# and Appium.
- Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to validate software applications and systems.
- Maintain test documentation and track software verification efforts in approved management tools.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies by interfacing with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 8 years of experience in software verification.
- Robust knowledge of advanced testing concepts and software verification strategies, including hardware-software integrated environments.
- Experience in test automation using C# and Appium.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch between projects efficiently.
- Highly accountable, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Experience with configuration management, requirements management, and issue tracking tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Good to Have:
- Experience in Medical Device Software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge or experience with Bitbucket/Git version control systems.
