- Lead multiple engineering teams across concurrent cloud and infrastructure projects

- Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS/GCP/Azure capabilities
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between development, operations, and business stakeholders
- Establish technical standards and best practices for automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
- Mentor technical leads and engineers to build automation-first mindset across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in technology, with at least 3 years managing multiple engineering teams
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Demonstrated expertise in building large-scale automation solutions using Python, Go, or similar languages
- Strong track record creating self-healing infrastructure and automated recovery systems
- Hands-on experience developing custom automation tools and frameworks beyond off-the-shelf solutions
- Advanced knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
with focus on automation services
- Expertise in infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent IaC tools
- Proven experience building sophisticated CI/CD pipelines with advanced branching strategies and quality gates
- Strong command of Linux systems, networking principles, and shell scripting for automation tasks
- Experience automating security compliance checks and implementing automated remediation
