Role: Site Engineer for Industrial projects

Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key responsibilities

- Work closely with the design team to understand design intent and requirements
- On-site execution of geosynthetic works
- Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, the manufacturing plant and vendors
- Conduct trial installations in accordance with the design and report to the office
- Ensure installation follows approved drawings, specifications and installation methods
- Monitor quality, workmanship and material usage
- Maintain site documentation, checklists and quality records
- Ensure safety practices are followed at site
- Report site progress, issues and deviations to the design team
- Resolving site-level technical problems in coordination with the design team





Candidate Requirements

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Civil Site Supervision / Site Execution.
- Valuable understanding of civil construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and installation methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Should be able to read and understand technical notes/instructions in English.
- Geosynthetics experience will be an added advantage.
- Must own a two-wheeler for site visits and local travel.
- Must be based in Ahmedabad
