The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales and the acquisition of credit card customers & generating revenue through cross selling other products. The Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of off-roll associates to achieve the business targets
Key Responsibilities

Driving sales through Branches/Open Market/Digital channels to achieve operating plan for Axis Bank Cards

.Achievement of Sales and Fees Volume - New Cards Acquisitions and cross Sell of Accounts

.Creating product visibility and awareness in the assigned cluster of branches

.Conducting branch campaigns / desk activities at the Corporates with Salary Account at the assigned cluster of branches

.Collaborating with functions like Risk, Branch Channel, Salary Channels etc to ensure smooth operations





.Ensuring that all the sales processes meet the statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance norms

.Providing regular market feedback on competition

Qualifications

Role Proficiencies:

- 3 - 8 years of experience in Credit Cards / Virtual Sales / TeleSales / Inside Sales / Retail Banking
- Solid exposure to targetdriven, metricsbased sales environments
- Experience handling customer conversations, objections, and escalations
- Strong process, compliance, and quality orientation
