Senior Business Analyst

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and partners.

Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Documentation (UD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and related project artifacts.

Create process flow diagrams, workflow charts, use cases, and business process maps.

Collaborate with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external partners to ensure requirement clarity and successful project execution.

Work closely with UI/UX teams to prepare wireframes, screen flows, and user journeys using Figma.

Support project planning, tracking, status reporting, and PMO governance activities.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for requirement discussions, change requests, issue resolution, and project updates.

Participate in UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations.

Monitor project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with SDLC processes.

Ideal Candidate

Strong Business Analyst profiles with Stakeholder management expertise and solid communication skills





Must have 4+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator in application development projects with at least recent 2+ years in a B2B services/product company

Must have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, business analysis, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.

Must have solid experience preparing BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (Software Requirement Specification), FRD, Use Case Documents, User Documentation, and related project artifacts.

Must have hands-on experience creating process flow diagrams, workflow diagrams, business process maps, user journeys, and functional flow documentation.

Must have working experience with Figma for wireframing, screen flows, mockups, and requirement visualization.

Must have experience coordinating with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Must have good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, UAT coordination, project tracking, and documentation management.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
