Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Paid Ads Specialist to manage social media platforms, execute paid advertising campaigns, and drive audience growth and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads, content planning, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and publish content across social media platforms.
- Create, launch, and optimize Meta and Tik Tok ad campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting and remarketing strategies.
- Conduct audience and location-based research.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS and CPL.
- Perform A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations.




- Coordinate with content and creative teams.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of Social Media Management experience.
- Robust experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience running Tik Tok Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of audience targeting and lead generation.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Analytical mindset with reporting and optimization experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Canva and Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content planning and marketing workflows.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
