We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega Software Consultant to join our Provider Management engineering team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions on the Pega Platform that support Provider Recruitment, Credentialing, Contracting, Onboarding, and Provider Servicing.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Pega engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for innovation. In addition to building high-quality applications, this individual will leverage the latest Pega GenAI capabilities and AI-assisted software development practices to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and modernize engineering processes.
Skills/Experience:

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega application development experience.
- Experience with Pega Infinity 25.x or later.

- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating with enterprise applications.

- Hands-on experience with the latest Pega GenAI capabilities, including Prompt Engineering, Knowledge Buddy, GenAI Blueprint, and AI-powered case design.
- Leverage Pega GenAI to accelerate application development, workflow generation, case design, decisioning, and documentation.
- Utilize AI-assisted software development tools (Git Hub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, etc.) to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
- Identify opportunities to automate software development, testing, documentation, and code review using AI technologies.
- Stay current with emerging Pega AI features and recommend creative solutions that improve developer productivity and business outcomes.
- Champion AI adoption across the engineering team by mentoring developers and sharing best practices.

Certification Requirements:

- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) required.
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) preferred.
- Experience working on healthcare or provider management applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployments.
- Experience integrating Pega with Java/Spring Boot microservices.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Sonar Qube, Fortify, Black Duck, and enterprise Dev SecOps practices.
- Experience modernizing legacy applications and services.
- Experience implementing automated testing frameworks.
