Important Distinction: Hub Manager vs. Cluster Head

This position should not be considered a conventional Cluster Head / Branch Cluster role.

A traditional Cluster Head role is primarily focused on branch governance and people management, whereas this Hub Manager position requires a combination of:

Wealth Management + HNI Client Business + AUM Growth + Branch Governance + People Leadership + Sales & Revenue.

The incumbent is expected to understand and lead a wealth-focused business, including relationships significantly above the typical affluent/branch banking segment.
