Job Description:

We are looking for a Windows / O365 Specialist with robust experience in Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365, and virtual desktop environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Servers and Windows Virtual Desktop/AVD environments.
- Administer Microsoft 365/O365 services and user accounts.
- Handle Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint-related issues.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve service desk incidents.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Work with Azure, Intune, and related Microsoft technologies.

Required Skills:

- Windows Server Administration
