Manages complex LMS transactions, supports escalated query resolution, performs quality checks, and acts as a process SME for assigned CSOD LMS activities. The role provides guidance to junior team members and supports process discipline.
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilties:
- Execute complex LMS administration activities including curriculum configuration, learning assignments, equivalencies, certifications, learning object updates, and recurring reports.
- Act as first-level SME for assigned LMS workstreams and provide process clarification to team members.
- Review and validate transactions completed by Associates and Process Analysts, where required.
- Resolve escalated learner or stakeholder queries within defined scope and escalation guidelines.
- Perform error analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Maintain and update SOPs, process maps, checklists, FAQs, and training guides.
- Support internal quality reviews, spot checks, audit preparation, and evidence collation.
- Participate in stakeholder discussions for status updates, requirement clarification, and process issue resolution.
- Coach junior team members on process execution, quality expectations, and system navigation.
About you
Qualifications:
- High School education or equivalent and minimum of 6 years of experience.
