n The Manager - Key Relationships - Premium Corporates will be a key member of the Corporate Employee Solutions team, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with premium corporate clients. The role requires a strategic mindset, solid client management capabilities, and the ability to provide tailored financial solutions while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Develop and execute relationship management strategies for premium corporate clients.
n Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
n Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions and advice.
n Monitor and analyse client portfolios, providing regular updates and recommendations.
n Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient operations.
n Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote the bank's products and services.
n Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to offer insightful advice.




n Manage and mentor a team of relationship officers, providing guidance and support.
n Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards.
n n Qualifications:
n n A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
n Minimum 8-12 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking sector.
n Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record.
n Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-centric approach.
n In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, especially those relevant to corporates.
n Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
