n About the Role
n The Head of Internal Audit will be responsible for providing independent assurance and advisory services that strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls across the organization. This role demands a seasoned finance leader with solid exposure to manufacturing with handling large audit/risk consultancy environments, capable of driving operational excellence and building stakeholder confidence.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead and develop the Internal Audit function across plants, sales offices, and head office processes.
n Plan and advise on risk management frameworks and implement control mechanisms to mitigate risks.
n Conduct process, management, and operations audits, including governance reviews and whistleblower desk management.
n Review audit findings, perform in-depth data analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
n Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.




n Drive cost reduction initiatives and strengthen commercial and accounting controls.
n Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders for effective audit execution.
n Deliver high-quality audit reports and presentations to senior management and the audit committee.
n Champion advanced data analytics, digital transformation, and change management initiatives.
n Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure audit effectiveness.
n n Qualifications
n n Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) – compulsory
n Experience: 18–22 years in Internal Audit/Finance, with exposure to large manufacturing industry only, we are not hiring from service industry
n Proven track record in leadership roles within finance and audit functions
n Mandatory handling team.
