Total Experience Required: 8–12 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview An experienced Transformation PM with the ability to identify, document, and manage change requirements, and a deep understanding of the change lifecycle. Exposure to financial services in Commercial or Institutional banking, or Retail, Wealth,



or Private banking, is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives within a UK financial services context
- Identify, document, and manage change requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Apply change management best practices across Commercial, Institutional, Retail, Wealth, or Private banking initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Support delivery governance, risk management, and reporting

Required / Must-Have Skills
- Experienced Transformation PM with solid change-management skills
- Deep understanding of the change lifecycle
- Exposure to financial services — Commercial/Institutional banking, or Retail/Wealth/Private banking
