Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: BKC, Bandra East, Mumbai, India
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Coordinator role based in Mumbai. Reporting to the CMO, the Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that promote Rapaport India’s services and brand within the diamond and jewelry industry.

Responsibilities:
* Helping coordinate events (including Trade Shows and city visits)
* Assisting with sales and promotional activities
* Preparing marketing materials, coordinating testimonials and podcasts, email campaigns and landing pages
* Supporting content development for digital and offline channels, including Social Media management.
* Managing timelines, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication.
* Help maintain marketing databases, support lead generation efforts, and contribute to market research and competitor analysis.

Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills in English,



for creating clear marketing messages and engaging content.
* Candidates should possess Sales and Event Planning skills to support promotional initiatives, client outreach, and industry events.
* Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate multiple marketing activities, meet deadlines, and manage resources efficiently.
* Candidates should be familiar with basic digital marketing tools and platforms, preferably Hubspot, including email marketing, social media, and CRM systems.
* Candidates should have good analytical abilities to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
* A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
* Prior experience in marketing coordination or support, ideally within the diamond and jewellery industry, or at least B2B or professional services, is an advantage.
* Ability to collaborate in a diverse team workplace and maintain a high level of professionalism in client-facing interactions.
* Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
