Job Purpose
The objective of the team is to deliver new modules, journeys, features and automation on digital platforms to boost productivity, TAT, and quality while reducing cost and manual work. The role involves close coordination with multiple stakeholders including Business, functional COEs,POs, BRE, Middleware, Product and IT teams to ensure seamless and successful delivery, along with preparing and delivering SMT and Executive presentations.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Project planning & reporting for digital capabilities on SFDC/BFDL LOS
• Act as liaison between business and technology teams
• Create business user stories, conduct gap analysis and define approach
• Break down complex requirements into clear actionable items that can be assigned to respective tech teams (BRE/MW/BFDL LOS/SFDC & tech pods)
• Drive platform improvements through ideation and feasibility analysis
• Competition mapping and best-practice adoption
• Prepare and manage end-to-end project plans and prioritization across teams
• UAT coordination, UAT testing and go-live support and post Go-live production issue resolution
• Platform KPI definition, tracking and proactive monitoring to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications - MBA / Post Graduate Degree
b) Work Experience
• 5–7+ years of experience in digital platform delivery and horizontal enablers
• Experience in independently owning and delivering initiatives, taking timely and sound decisions with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure, manage tight timelines, and deliver outcomes in quick?paced environments.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously, with effective prioritization.
• Strongly proactive in identifying risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, and driving resolution end?to?end.
• Adept at managing stakeholder expectations and escalations, exercising judgment and problem?solving skills.
