Job Purpose: The role is responsible for responsible for overseeing construction projects to guarantee they remain within assigned budgets while optimizing resource utilization and maintaining stringent quality standards. It also involves the continuous upkeep and supervision of civil infrastructure within the facility, ensuring 100% compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards, all while efficiently managing resources within budget constraints.

Job Description:

Planning & Budgeting: To plan, coordinate and review plant civil work to achieve budgeted target (like construction cost, Planning.)

Timely Delivery: To ensure and coordinate site team to ensure construction work delivery as per plan.

Capitalizations of assets: To ensure capitalizations and billing of assets.

Systems & sustainability: To ensure effective implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System, Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Sustainability Systems for achieving Business Excellence.

Safety Health & Workplace: SHE compliance Plan & implement Statutory & SHE compliance, Dupont safety system & procedure pertaining to process area for un-interrupted operation.
