Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic BDE/BDM with 2-3 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new clients, acquiring IT staffing requirements, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire recent clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Schedule meetings with HR, Hiring Managers, and Procurement teams.
- Understand client hiring requirements and share them with the recruitment team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and closure of staffing opportunities.

Required Skills

- 2-3 years of experience in IT staffing / recruitment business development.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
