Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The role requires bridging the gap between business needs and technology by designing effective operating models and supporting organizational transformation. Additionally, the Business Architect plays a key role in developing compelling business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives to ensure successful outcomes across the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.




- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and translate them into technology solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing operating models that align with strategic business objectives.
- Ability to develop detailed business cases that justify investments and guide decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to engage and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
- Capability to lead transformation initiatives and manage change within dynamic environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
