Job Description:

Your Role:

- Serve as the SAP CAR Lead/SME, driving solution design, implementation, and support for SAP Customer Activity Repository applications.
- Lead business requirement workshops and configure SAP CAR modules including POS Data Transfer & Audit (POSDTA), Unified Demand Forecast (UDF), and Inventory Visibility.
- Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and SAP functional teams to ensure seamless integration across the retail landscape.
- Provide leadership in testing, issue resolution, performance optimization, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile:

- 9 to 15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP CAR and Retail industry processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP CAR components such as POSDTA, OAA (Omnichannel Article Availability), Inventory Visibility, UDF, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ERP.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, data modeling,



system integrations, and end-to-end retail transformation projects.
- Robust analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience leading global implementations and support engagements.

For banking applications
Design and develop automated test scripts for UI, APIs, and backend services
Work with frameworks such as UFT One, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and RestAssured
Maintain and enhance automation frameworks to ensure scalability and reusability
Execute automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab)
Identify functional defects early through automation and collaborate with developers for resolution
Perform defect triage, track issues, and verify fixes across releases
Contribute to regression suite optimization and improve automation coverage
