*Role Summary*

We are looking for a skilled CyberArk PAM L3 Support Engineer with strong expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), CyberArk administration,



troubleshooting, platform support, and enterprise security operations.

Key Responsibilities*

- Design, implementation, and architecture of CyberArk PAM solutions
- Install, upgrade, and configure CyberArk components
- Lead onboarding of complex platforms (databases, cloud, network devices,
- applications)
- Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Performance tuning and capacity planning
- Security hardening and compliance alignment
- Integrate CyberArk with AD, LDAP, SIEM, MFA, and cloud platforms
- Mentor L2 team and provide technical guidance
- Work with vendors and stakeholders on critical issues

- Required Skills*
- Strong hands-on expertise in CyberArk PAM (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMSession)
- Experience with upgrades, DR setup, and high availability
- Advanced scripting (PowerShell, REST APIs)
- Robust knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking
- Experience with cloud PAM (AWS, Azure, GCP – preferred)
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance

- Certifications (Preferred)*
- CyberArk Defender / Sentry / Guardian
