Description

This role is primarily focused on front-end engineering, with the opportunity to expand into full-stack and platform-level development over time. The ideal candidate brings strong UI development experience and is comfortable working in complex, integrated environments, with the ability to progressively take on broader technical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, scalable front-end applications using frameworks such as React or Angular
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and high-performing user interfaces
• Contribute to development of enterprise applications involving:
• System integrations across APIs and services
• Authentication and access management (e.g., SSO platforms)
• Data and analytics integrations (BI tools or embedded reporting)
• Collaborate with backend and cloud teams to integrate services and support end-to-end workflows
• Contribute to front-end integration of AI/Gen AI features such as chat interfaces, AI-driven insights, or recommendation components within enterprise applications
• Participate in solution design, prioritization, and delivery across multiple business units
• Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and usability

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
• Strong experience in front-end development (JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frameworks)
• Experience building enterprise or large-scale web applications
• Working knowledge of API integration and web services
• Solid communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS), including infrastructure concepts such as CloudFormation templates with a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with backend development concepts and frameworks (e.g., Python Flask) with a willingness to learn
• Basic awareness of Generative AI concepts and their application in web applications, with a strong willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI technologies
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
• Familiarity with identity and access tools (e.g., Okta)
• Experience with analytics or BI platforms (Power BI, ThoughtSpot, etc.)
• Basic backend development experience or willingness to learn
• Experience working in multi-system or integrated application environments
• Hands-on exposure or familiarity with AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning is a strong plus
• Experience or exposure to Python-based backend frameworks (such as Flask) is desirable
• Experience working on applications leveraging Generative AI (e.g., AI-powered features, LLM integrations, or conversational UI patterns) is a plus
